Watch the video to find out why I LOVE almond milk!
Almond milk is also pretty allergy friendly: No soy or gluten in it! Also great for people who are lactose intolerant or just sensitive to lactose (like me!)

3 DAYS UNTIL SOMETHING GOOD BEGINS!!!! STAY TUNED :)
YUM! GREEK YOGURT!!!! (Pay no attention to the face I'm making...it really tastes good!)
There are so many different brands of Greek Yogurt and now pretty much all yogurt brands are creating their own version of the deliciousness.
If you haven't tried it yet, give it a go! It's higher in protein (about 15 grams per cup depending on the brand), lower in sugar (the plain flavor has next to none), low in fat, and has Vitamin D and Calcium (we'll see ya osteporosis).
This video was taken right when I got home. SOO yes, my make up is all over my face and yes, my hair is wet like I took a shower, and yes, I was a sweaty mess.
So today, I decided I would try Bikram Yoga (hot yoga). It's 90 minutes of intense yoga in 104 degrees F environment.
Why was I scared to do it? Well, for one it didn't ever sound appealing to me. Hot environment, closed doors, 90 minutes, of YOGA (stretching and lengthening is not my thing). Also, think about this...doing all of that in a room full of possibly very sweaty, smelly people.
I think I was also scared that I wouldn't be able to handle that type of environment/exercise. So I guess, slightly scared I would find that I have limits.
NEEDLESS to say, I wanted to try it anyways out of curiosity and the slight feeling that I would actually like it.
Turns out, I did enjoy it. I felt great after! It took me to a different place inside and outside. It was a great experience!
I think I will probably do it once a week or a couple of times a month. :)
ADD IN: The Day after My First Bikram Yoga
The feeling I woke up to was amazing. I felt energized yet relaxed at the same time. I felt rejuvenated. I also felt light. :) Great feeling. TRY IT!!!
Today's Motivation is all about Visualizing yourself at your goal.
So take a few moments and answer the following questions for yourself:
1) What are you hoping to achieve? (your goal)
2) What does it look like?
3) How are you feeling?
4) What are you able to do that you couldn't do before?
5) How is your life different?
I am going to do the same today. Taking 5 minutes out of your day to visualize your goal may give you some extra motivation. Visualizing your goal makes your goal reality.
So last night I went into the city to have dinner at a Tibetan restaurant. WHICH WAS DELICIOUS! I never had Tibetan food before, and this restaurant, Tsampa, was awesome and very reasonably priced (most apps were $5)!
After dinner, we ventured over to Rockefeller Plaza to see the Christmas Tree.
