*Happy Work it Out Wednesday!*
So today I filmed a new workout video for the Tis The Season Workout Series.
The Oh Holy Workout
Lower body and Core workout.
Try to complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions or however many you can do!
Feel free to put on your iPod and mute the video (my feelings will not be hurt!).
