Here is a full body workout circuit that
will leave you sweaty and strong! 




Try it out! 
You'll never regret a workout!
20 reps for each exercise- Go around it twice!

Squats with frontal raise

Dead lifts with row

10 High Knees/ 10 Butt Kicks

Lunges with Lateral Raises

Sumo Squat with Shoulder Press

Cursty Lunge with Bicep Curl

Count to 10 Foot Fires/ 10 Mountain Climbers
