What is Tried and True Thursday?

It's new nutrition information or exercise tips that have been researched...basically current research! :)

Today's is about Exercise:

Did you know it takes 60 minutes of exercise each day to prevent weight gain? Did you know it takes 90 minutes of exercise each day to lose weight!?

Well, you do now! :)

So go move your body and get active!
