Beyond Fitness: A week in Florida!
I spent a week in Florida with my parents visiting my grandparents for my Grandfather's 84th Birthday! Mind you, my grandmother is 91 years old. Needless to say, it was a beautiful week weather wise and I am so grateful to have been able to spend quality time with my family.

And we went to Disney one day...here are a couple videos of me on the roller coaster (Kids, do not try this at home).
The new ride at the Animal Kingdom was awesome and the second video is hilarious...it's the last 15 seconds that's funny!
