Work it Out Wednesday- Body Weight Workout, NO equipment!

Work it out Wednesday- Let's do it! 

Today's workout is simple, effective, and requires no equipment! Can't get any better than that. 

Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions. 
Circuit 1:
Squats
Push Ups
Forward Walking Lunges 

Circuit 2:
Lateral Lunges (lunging side to side)
Tricep dips (use bench or chair)
Burpees

Circuit 3:
Jump Squats (literally squat and then jump up)
Jumping Split Squats (lunge position, jump and switch feet)
Power Push Ups (push up and then explode up)


This workout will kick your butt. It works your entire body. Keep the intensity up and keep moving! Go get em!

NOTE: As always, before starting any exercise program, consult your physician and, if you don't know how to perform an exercise, consult a personal trainer/YouTube the exercise.
